Bio:I am a lifelong seeker, entrepreneur, and business strategist who found deep connection and transformation through yoga. My journey began during the pandemic, and what started as a practice soon became a way of life. Drawn to its philosophy and depth, I immersed myself in four teacher training courses, along with breathwork and pranayama studies—mainly to explore, evolve, and grow from within. Yoga is my anchor, my teacher, and my space for presence amidst the ever-changing flow of life.
