Bio:Amrit Devgun is a naturopathic doctor and Ayurvedic practitioner who has been in practice for over 30 years. She was an associate professor and clinic faculty at Northwestern Health Sciences University for over 20 years. She also loves learning about and practicing the ancient art and science of Yoga and recently completed the yoga teacher training program with Yoga Education College. She practices a unique approach to assessment and treatment plans, combining naturopathic, functional, and Ayurvedic medicine. Her goal is to partner with her patients so they can take part in their healthcare and move towards optimal health and longevity. She believes in mentoring and empowering her patients with the necessary knowledge, tools, and support needed to help them practice the intention behind lifestyle choices on a daily basis. Her toolkit incorporates principles from ancient wisdom, non-dualism, Ayurveda, the science of yoga, breathwork, circadian and longevity science, and modern medicine. Â
