Bio:From the age of 21 when Charlotte met and practiced with Sri K Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, her story began. She has been teaching Ashtanga yoga for 3 decades and is currently living in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, offering classes in Sangraha yoga and Pranayama. Charlotte also offers a variety of Energy healing and clearing, has studied Reiki at the India research center, and makes small batches on request of organically grown herbal-infused oils, tinctures, and natural skin care for spars, workshops, and retreats.
