Bio:Mana left a creative director/consultant role in the fashion industry based in Tokyo in 2015 to travel through Southeast Asia – it was there that she began her Yoga journey. Since then, she has extensively studied, practiced, and taught yoga as she traveled throughout the world including Thailand, Laos, and the United States. She is a finalist for Best Yoga Instructor in “Best of D.C 2021-2024” by Washington City paper.
