Bio:Vidya is a licensed physical therapist with experience working with a wide range of patients including adults and children with special needs. She has been practicing yoga and meditation since childhood. With the singular aim of making yoga an accessible practice for all, she dove deep into her yoga adventure learning more about traditional yoga practices, fascia, pranayama, and meditation. She constantly seeks to upgrade and expand her knowledge, including via studying under well-known teachers worldwide. Vidya lives in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. and teaches yoga, pranayama, meditation and sound therapy.
