Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live more mindfully and creating space free from obstacles within my own mind and body. Yoga has brought more freedom to the acceptance of myself.
In 2022 I completed 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. I will always be a student of the practice and now want to enhance this learning with a deeper understanding of Pranayama. I am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom of the many teachers who have participated in my growth.
