  • completion of Pranayama Teacher Training Levels 1 & 2 is a prerequisite for attending this course. In this training, you will learn the Pranayama Level 3 Protocol, which you will be able to teach to your students who have completed and become comfortable with the Level 1 & 2 Protocol to your satisfaction (and theirs) and are ready and desirous to deepen their pranayama practice. In this course, you will learn the third level of practices that include expanded breath retentions, deeper explorations of Hatha Yoga texts, and the physiological mechanisms of breath. Completing Level 2 Pranayama Teacher Training is a requisite for attending this course. These practices can be used in your teaching after your students have learned the level 2 protocol and have been practicing it for at least six months. These enhanced practices should be done with great caution.

  • PTT Level 3 2025 Class Days and Times
    • November 15 to December 13, 2025
    • Saturdays: 9:30 – 11:30 am EST: Theory Talks and Practical Classes.
    • Mondays: A Class Video will be released to practice with during the week.
    • Thursdays: 6:00 – 7:15 am EST: Pranayama Class & Practice Teaching
  • You will learn:

  • Pranayama Class Level 3 protocol
    • Bandhas and Mudras of Hatha Yoga Pradipika
    • Four variations of Bhastrika
    • Increase practices of Nadi Samanu 
    • Ujjayi (As outlined in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika) 
    • Sitkari 
    • Sheetali 
    • Bhastrika
    • Review the anatomy and physiology of breathing.
    • A closer look at The Nervous System and the travel of electrical messages
    • Examine various pranayamas from other Hatha Yoga texts.
    • How Pranayama relates to Nadis, Chakras, Kundalini, and the Mind.
