Bio:As a psychonaut, I teach people how to use dreams to expand their consciousness beyond materialistic science. I use pranayama, plant medicine, yoga nidra, art, astrology, and tarot to support the dreamwork process and host online dreamwork and yoga nidra courses. I have a Masters degree from CIHS, where I studied Consciousness and Subtle Energy Systems and wrote my thesis on dreamwork with UAP/NHI. I am also a 500-hour YA-certified teacher in Vajra Yoga as taught by Tenzin Bob Thurman and Michele Loew. Vajra Yoga integrates hatha yoga and Vajrayana Buddhism. I teach in Westchester, NY, and Ridgefield, CT, and I own Peaks Island Yoga, a seasonal yoga school in Maine.
