Bio:I live, breathe, and thrive in Cologne—when I’m not elsewhere. My yoga journey began in 2008 in India, where yoga was born and where I still return regularly. I love opening hearts—my own and others’—and sharing what I’ve learned while remaining a lifelong student. Since 2011, I’ve been devoted to Aṣṭāṅga Vinyasa Yoga. In 2017, I began teaching Yoga alongside my work as an interior architect in film set design. I completed my 2.5-year TTC with Heike Katharina Schmidt in 2019 and received authorization from Vijay Kumar in 2023. Since 2019, I have shared Kirtan music, and since 2022, I have taught Pranayama.
