Bio:Dawn is a British Wheel Yoga Teacher, a Yoga Alliance Professional Yoga Trainer, and a Therapist with over 30 years of experience. My journey started with a health condition, yoga soon became a way of life. I teach classical Hatha yoga incorporating the richness of yoga philosophy and my ethos is yoga is for everyone. I have been very fortunate to teach in hospital settings, studios, and church halls. As yoga evolved throughout the world I followed my own style and tradition as taught in the Indian tradition. I teach workshops, retreats, and therapy yoga. Mentoring new teachers is my passion to help them grow to their full potential.
