Bio:I live in Mexico City. My profession is music, and I am passionate about any manifestation that involves movement. I have trained as a Somatic Educator at Body Mind Movement and as a Chi Kung instructor at The Boston Healing Tao. I have been an instructor of Yantra Yoga (Tibetan Yoga), which I learned in the Dzogchen Community of Master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu. I am also trained in Shadow Yoga and Rocket Yoga. I have taken online classes with great teachers such as Eddie Stern, Robert Moses, and Harshvardhan Jhaveri. I currently practice Ashtanga Mysore style, guided by Mauricio Victorica.
