Julia is a dedicated yoga teacher, neurosurgeon, and acupuncturist based in Vienna, Austria. She completed a four-week Yoga Teacher Training in 2023 at Shantivanam Ashram in Tamil Nadu, India, studying Sri Sai Prana Yoga in the Sivananda tradition. Her unique integration of neurosurgery, acupuncture, and yoga offers a holistic approach that benefits both her patients and yoga students, bridging ancient wisdom with modern science. Her teaching blends pranayama, classical asana, and yogic philosophy, offering students a grounded yet expansive experience. Julia is currently completing the Comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training with Eddie Stern, Robert Moses, and Harshvardhan Jhaveri to deepen her knowledge and personal practice.
