Having trained in the serenity of Bali, he developed a practice that integrates meditation and dynamic movement, focusing on both accessibility and authenticity. Alongside being a yoga teacher, Raf spends time at his own fashion boutique R Swiader, nestled in the vibrant heart of SoHo, where he seamlessly blends his love for fashion with his dedication to yoga.
