Bio:Saulaman Schlegel (they/them) is a multidisciplinary artist, yoga practitioner, and arts facilitator with a background in movement, mindfulness, and social practice. They received their MFA in Interdisciplinary Arts and Decolonial Praxis from Goddard College in 2024. Saulaman’s work explores the relationships between the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies, using yoga and expressive arts as pathways for self-inquiry and transformation. Rooted in somatic awareness, creative movement, and contemplative traditions, they assist others in deepening their understanding of themselves—physically, mentally, and energetically.
