Sonya Lyn is an ordained minister, heart led celebrant, breathwork facilitator, and yoga educator initiated by Swamiji into the Ancient Wisdom of Kashmir Shaivism. With a deep devotion to the path of self-realization, she guides others in Pranayama, Meditation, Sukshma Vyayama and Breathwork as energetic pathways back to inner peace, vitality, and divine connection. Drawing from ancient traditions and modern practices, she empowers students to cultivate a sustainable Sadhana that harmonizes body, mind, and spirit. Sonya’s teachings integrate the breath as a bridge to awareness, healing, and mental and spiritual development. Through her private practice and offerings, she creates a sacred space for transformation, inviting others to awaken to their true nature and live an intuitive life of love, grace, and presence.
