I do some yoga, mostly 7th series 😉

I teach some stuff about yoga.

I live in a very cold climate, I do cold water dips to survive. Some crazy people follow me into icy  waters… I think they’re trying to survive too.

I grow food and cook a lot. Taking pictures of food seems to be what social media is made for.

I paint paintings, that sometimes look like pictures of my food 😉

I used to make films, but the 7th series has me focusing on short iphone videos of my kids.
