I started yoga in 1996 with David Life, Sharon Gannon at Jivamukti yoga. I then joined Eddie Stern who taught me Astanga Yoga through Mysore classes.

I have been praticising asana et meditation ever since as well as learning Ayurveda and reading various hinduist and buddhist texts.
